LeachGarner is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to support manufacturing and office teams onsite and remote in Attleboro, MA. This role ensures production lines stay connected, systems run smoothly, and products ship on time.

Key duties include hardware/software support, ticketing, VoIP, and basic training. Requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent and 5 years in IT support, with strong Windows and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
• Hands-on with Windows desktop/workstation OS and basic networking.
• Experience with cloud-based IT services and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Install, upgrade, and repair hardware and software.
• Diagnose software, peripherals, and hardware issues.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support VoIP systems and factory wireless devices.
• Assist with IT tasks to support company goals.
