Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, lightly documented processes.
• Familiarity with OT and cybersecurity principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated utilities and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for TPRA activities from intake through completion.
• Track vendor submissions and keep Compliance, Legal, IT, and Cybersecurity engaged.
• Field and route vendor questions throughout the assessment process.
• Support NDA execution (with Supply Chain) prior to PO issuance.
• Set up and maintain a dedicated SharePoint site per vendor for secure data exchange.
• Monitor OT cybersecurity compliance of fielded hardware and vendor equipment.
• Coordinate weekly with Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain.
