The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking an IT Internal Compliance Specialist in Wickliffe, OH. The role focuses on ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance, driving governance, risk management, and audit readiness across global security programs.

You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, coordinate evidence for audits, and help sustain a robust ISMS while advancing security controls and process improvements. This full‑time, hybrid position offers growth in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience with IT security auditing, governance, or compliance.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and control frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute internal compliance reviews aligned with ISO 27001, TISAX, VDA ISA control domains and internal security requirements.
• Evaluate the design and operation of technical, administrative, and physical security controls.
• Prepare compliance scopes, testing plans, evidence requests, and audit documentation.
• Document findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions clearly and concisely.
• Partner with control owners to track remediation and sustain compliance.
• Support ISMS maintenance and audit readiness activities.
• Coordinate evidence collection and stakeholder engagement for audits.
• Participate in IT risk management and document security risks.
• Support third‑party risk reviews, policy compliance, and governance reporting.
• Contribute to security metrics and audit automation initiatives.
