Job summary

Taiho Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, IT Applications to support the globalization of R&D applications and centralized management. You will ensure cross‑functional collaboration across TOI, TPC, and Otsuka Holdings, while guiding releases, daily support, and project communications globally.

The role emphasizes managing end‑user support processes, patches and upgrades, and serving as the liaison between IT and business clients. Strong documentation and PMO experience are essential.

Qualifications

• PMO experience for R&D applications required or highly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate global stakeholders (TOI, TPC, Otsuka) across time zones.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management for service desk.
• Experience delivering application enhancements from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within R&D IT Applications and ensure global collaboration.
• Manage daily operations and end-user support for assigned applications.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades, and release planning for CIO/IT teams.
• Liaise between user community and IT for access, service requests, and training.
• Document end-user support processes and create knowledge references.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with IT SOPs.
