Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute (HHRI) seeks an experienced IRB Analyst to support HRPP leadership in safeguarding human subjects in research. You will apply SOPs and federal/state regulations to hrpo processes and IRB submissions.

The role is hybrid with periodic onsite work on the HCMC campus in downtown Minneapolis, MN, requiring collaboration with IRB members and investigators while ensuring timely, compliant reviews and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years IRB administration experience.
• Direct experience in biomedical IRB administration preferred.
• CIP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support HRPP leadership and HRPO operations.
• Process IRB submissions in Cayuse HE with timely reviews.
• Provide guidance to researchers on submissions and process.
• Prepare IRB meeting materials and minutes; assign reviewers.
• Ensure compliance with HRPO SOPs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Support special HRPP projects and accreditation activities.
