Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Hybrid International Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team in the United States. This role requires a CPA and a minimum of 5 years of international tax experience, with leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams.

We offer a compensation package of $160,000-$200,000 per year plus equity shares and performance bonuses, along with a strong 401K match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with tax software and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage international tax compliance and timely filing.
• Develop and implement international tax planning to minimize liabilities.
• Provide tax guidance on cross-border transactions including M&A and restructurings.
• Manage quarterly/annual ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and monitor changes in law.
• Liaise with external consultants, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
