Qualifications

• BS/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
• CPA License required.
• 3 years minimum experience in tax management
• Work with analysts, seniors, and leadership to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Create strategies with tax leaders and partners for best client solutions.
• Detail review of tax returns and workpapers.
• Manage tax engagements including compliance and planning.
• Manage client communication throughout the year.
• Coaching and developing tax seniors and tax analysts.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex tax issues and identify strategic tax planning opportunities.
• Cultivate client relationships across multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, non-profit, health care, employee benefit plans and software/SaaS.
• Lead and coach tax staff to deliver timely, accurate tax engagements.

Education
