Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an International Tax Services Intern for a full-time hybrid internship across CO, IL, OH, and MA. You will work as an entry-level staff member, assisting with international tax services and compliance to support clients’ financial health.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting (or related) with CPA pathway planning, a GPA of 3.0+, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the first two entry-level accounting courses.
• Academic GPA of at least 3.0 and on track to sit CPA.
• The goal is CPA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide international tax consulting for inbound and outbound cross-border activity.
• Deliver tax services for individuals working in US and foreign countries.
• Prepare and review global tax return compliance for US companies.
• Research developments in international taxation affecting clients globally and locally.
• Develop interactions with staff across offices and contribute to client engagement.
