The Wonderful Company is seeking an Associate, Internal Communications to join the Corporate Communications team in West Los Angeles, CA. The role supports high-visibility projects, develops strategic content, and fosters employee engagement across the organization.

In this hybrid position, you will craft communications, manage platforms like Cerkl, oversee calendars, and collaborate with HR, events, research, and legal to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related business field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Cerkl, Staffbase, and SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Shows curiosity about agriculture, real estate, and consumer packaged goods for strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread employee communications, including internal emails, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, and intranet articles.
• Provide project management support for enterprise-wide initiatives and intranet rollout and awards/rankings efforts.
• Support internal stakeholders across IT, AI/Automation, Facilities, Research & Insights, Sales, CI, Environmental Health & Safety, Aviation, and others.
• Oversee master communications calendar across multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Manage enterprise-wide email platform (Cerkl), including trainings and liaison with partners.
• Monitor secondary mailboxes and route inquiries to stakeholders.
• Coordinate seasonal events to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and awards opportunities.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, agendas, recaps, event support, presentations.
• Collaborate with HR, events, research, talent acquisition, philanthropy, legal to reflect company values.
