You will lead audit engagements and collaborate with diverse business functions in a large, established organization. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in internal/external audit or risk, a related bachelor's degree, and

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or a related assurance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with operational, financial, or technology-related audits, including risk assessments, control testing, and audit documentation.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk-based auditing, and audit methodologies.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or progress toward certification preferred.

• Participate in planning and execution of risk-based internal audits across corporate functions.
• Conduct walkthroughs, identify risks and controls, and develop testing procedures to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Independently execute control testing across multiple audit engagements.
• Identify control deficiencies and remediation opportunities with stakeholders.
• Support audit engagements through planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to support testing and identify trends.
• Communicate observations, findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and review support to less experienced audit team members.
