Job summary

ADT invites qualified students to join the Internal Audit Internship in Boca Raton for 11 weeks, combining in-person work Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays. Compensation is $24/hour for Bachelor’s students and $28/hour for Master’s students, with dates May 17–July 29, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Test internal controls by reviewing documentation and tracing transactions
• Support SOX control assessments by organizing evidence and documenting testing
• Analyze financial and business-process data in Excel and Power BI
• Spot trends, exceptions, and potential control gaps
• Document processes and controls, prepare audit workpapers, and summarize results
• Support compliance and governance reviews
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to summarize information, analyze data, and draft documentation
