Job summary

BMW Group Internship in Business Administration and Finance (Spring 2027 - Summer 2027) is based at the Mountain View, CA office. You will support a range of administrative tasks, collaborate with engineers on purchasing tasks with SAP exposure, and assist HR with managing all interns in the Tech Office.

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have US work authorization, a 3.0 GPA, and complete at least 60 credits by application.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Prior BMW Group experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle assigned projects.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers on project-related purchasing tasks to gain insights into Tech Office projects including SAP exposure.
• Support HR-related topics, including managing all interns at the Tech Office.
• Assist with onboarding full-time employees and interns.
• Support fleet management activities.
• Support facility management activities, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with event management activities, such as Family Day, office lunches, and other internal and external events.
• Create and deliver management presentations on BMW Technology Office topics.
