Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least two years completed in agribusiness or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of farm production methods and farm finance preferred.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with agricultural financial and insurance services.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects in the field or office.
• Ride along on crop insurance appointments and with a Lending Specialist.
• Learn cross-selling opportunities and loan products.
• Understand the 5 C’s of credit and related risk concepts.
• Enter documents into the document management system and AIP data entry.
