Qualifications

• Proficiency in CET, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
• Knowledge of commercial furniture and workplace planning standards preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Strong interior design and space-planning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with corporate office, higher education, healthcare, commercial furniture, or contract interiors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes, specs, space plans, furniture layouts, design concepts, and presentations
• Specify commercial furniture and interior products based on project requirements
• Prepare product quotes, specifications, and bid responses
• Produce drawings and supporting design documentation
• Coordinate FF&E selections, specifications, finishes, and product details
• Assist the sales team with product applications, pricing, and design solutions
• Collaborate with sales representatives, manufacturers, dealerships, designers, and clients throughout the project process
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation
