Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking an Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain API integrations between our systems and customer platforms. You will work under the Manager of Software Development in a hybrid New Albany, IN environment, delivering secure, scalable integrations.

You will collaborate with customers to capture requirements, implement REST/SOAP solutions, and create clear integration documentation while ensuring data exchange efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience (C#, .NET, MS SQL preferred).
• 3+ years building system integrations, data integrations or APIs for critical business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between our systems and external customer platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to understand integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate data exchange across platforms.
• Develop middleware and data transformation solutions for compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues.
• Create standardized customer documentation for integration processes and API specs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in all integration solutions.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance and data flows.
• Stay updated with API development and system integration best practices.
