Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking an Engineer, Integration & Dev Operations to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations while driving DevOps best practices across critical systems. This hybrid role requires onsite work at least three days per week near Temple, TX.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver seamless connectivity, automate processes, and improve reliability and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations in complex business environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control management, automated deployments, and system monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
• Experience with scripting and automation technologies used for system administration, deployments, and operational processes.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure concepts, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with authentication and security technologies, including OAuth, SAML, SSO, identity provisioning, and data governance best practices.
• Experience supporting production environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, web services, and event-driven architectures.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Manage system connectivity, data flows, and platform integrations for data integrity and security.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across environments.
