Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Placement Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to the Placement team. The role involves preparing submission materials, maintaining agency systems, and ensuring accurate placement data for new and renewal business.

Candidates will support Specialists and Managers in delivering efficient placement services, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance three days per week in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and office administration required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Commercial insurance or insurance operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate client, policy, and coverage information in Sagitta.
• Create and update Acord applications for new business.
• Prepare submission packages for carrier placement including applications, loss runs, underwriting information, and supporting documentation.
• Establish and maintain ImageRight files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with proposal preparation by creating templates and formatting materials.
• Create page marks, descriptions, and indexing within the agency imaging system.
• Support placement team by gathering underwriting information.
• Maintain documentation in Sagitta, ImageRight, and other systems.
• Perform quality control reviews of data before marketing and binding.
• Monitor workflow activities and ensure tasks are completed within service standards.
• Maintain organized electronic files and assist with data cleanup initiatives.
• Coordinate internal requests and gather information needed for marketing activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding outstanding requirements and workflow status.
• Participate in process improvements and special projects.
