Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop well-supported litigation strategies.
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and support professionals while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
