This unique role combines the precision of HVAC installations with the technical expertise of service diagnostics and repairs. We're looking for a professional with a solid background in both installing and servicing heating, cooling, and hydronic systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and hydronic equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics and repair work on a variety of HVAC issues with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with homeowners to explain issues, present solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate service records, follow job schedules, and manage tools and parts effectively.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.
• Participate in continued training and mentorship as needed to grow in both installation and service skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience in both installation and service.
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong technical and mechanical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
