Job summary

Geotab is seeking an Installation Project Manager to lead end-to-end installation programs for enterprise fleets across the United States. You will coordinate with resellers, vendors, and end users to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

The role requires strong vendor management, technical installation knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing vendor relationships in a project context.
• Background in fleet, logistics, 12V technical installation or similar industry is highly valued.
• Experience in a technical/engineering organization with high-tech knowledge.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable leading meetings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to decide under pressure.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise fleet installation programs across the United States.
• Evaluate customer requirements and build detailed, executable project plans.
• Coordinate between resellers, vendors, and end users to meet timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements to automate installation flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reseller teams, Product, Hardware Eng, and Software Eng.
