LineVision, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Security Leader to own and expand the company’s security program across governance, risk, compliance, and operations.

You will lead SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 initiatives, coordinate with IT, Platform, Hardware, and Customer Success, and drive security posture as a strategic business advantage. You will oversee penetration testing, incident response, data protection, supplier risk, and customer security engagements while coaching a security team in a

Competenze

• 6+ years in information security with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs.
• Experience with risk management frameworks (NIST CSF).
• Hands-on security engineering and incident response experience.
• Strong collaboration with IT, Platform, Hardware, and Customer Success.

Mansioni

• Own the annual audit cycle for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Lead risk assessments and governance reviews.
• Conduct AWS cloud and product security assessments and penetration tests.
• Oversee vulnerability management, EDR/SIEM tooling, and MSSP relations.
• Manage incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and resilience measures.
• Define data protection controls and ensure regulatory/commercial obligations are met.
• Support customer security questionnaires and security contract reviews.
• Set security standards for AI governance and product features.
• Lead and coach the security team; participate in a compensated on-call rotation.
