Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Personal Financial Representative to help you own and grow a financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You’ll partner with Agency owners, leverage provided leads, and offer a range of products to clients in your community.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor with support and education from Allstate, leveraging your experience to build long‑term client relationships and revenue streams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer‑facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with support from Allstate.
• Meet with customers face‑to‑face in a hybrid model and develop relationships.
• Collaborate with Allstate agency owners to obtain leads and grow revenue streams.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice and plans to clients.
