Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a closely allied field such as court administration, public administration, or political science.
  • Three (3) years of experience in court administration and/or program development; relevant experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

  • Support action-oriented dependency court improvement workgroups, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate group processes to guide groups toward concrete action steps.
  • Collaborate with courts and system partners to align improvement efforts and equitable outcomes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of existing court processes and propose improvements.
  • Provide technical assistance to courts implementing changes to practice, staffing, forms, or procedures.
  • Develop toolkits, presentations, guidance documents, and communications to support courts and partners.
  • Maintain and update program information on AOC and FYJP websites.
  • Build relationships with system partners, including families with lived experience.
