Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support the Immigration practice group in employment based petitions and applications. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Legal Practice Support and offers a flexible, hybrid in-office/remote arrangement in Washington DC, Dallas, or Miami.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of business immigration experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications (I-140, H-1B, L-1, etc.).
• Interface with clients to gather required information and documents.
• Keep clients informed of case progress and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Enter and update data in the immigration case management system.
• Manage caseload and track deadlines; run NIV expiration reports.
