Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with multiple IAM platforms and authentication technologies.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, federation, and identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve IAM workflows across the organization.
• Bridge gaps between security, infrastructure, and applications.
• Manage and support identity platforms including Okta and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Analyze and document identity lifecycle processes and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve provisioning and access governance.
• Ensure integration between IAM platforms and cloud services.
• Assist in troubleshooting authentication and federation issues.
