Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an EAC/ABET certified school.
• Experience in HVAC or plumbing design.
• Engineer in Training certification preferred, PE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculate heating and cooling loads using Carrier HAP software.
• Estimate energy use and savings with EQuest.
• Lay out ductwork, piping, and equipment using AutoCAD.
• Model building HVAC and plumbing systems with Autodesk Revit.
• Survey buildings for measurements and equipment assessment.
• Answer construction questions relevant to designs.
• Perform energy code compliance calculations.
