The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule across U.S. offices and may transition to full-time. Requires 5+ years of HRIS/viEval experience, Aderant viDesktop/viEval, and strong SQL/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS/viEval in a professional services context.
• Aderant viDesktop or viEval is required.
• Workday HCM is preferred.
• SQL, MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), iManage, Adobe Reader, Visio and MS-Project.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR teams to evaluate needs and provide technology solutions.
• Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate applications.
• Conduct workflow analysis and process redesign for efficiency.
• Project manage HRIS initiatives and oversee system configurations and testing.
• Provide end-user support and training for HR systems (viEval).
• Design and deliver complex ad-hoc reports using viEval and related tools.
