Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks an HR Operations Intern to support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks and projects. Youll gain practical experience in a professional HR environment and contribute to the teams success.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this paid full-time hybrid summer internship runs May–August 2027 at our Cranberry facility, offering exposure to policies, reporting, and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
• Complete Sophomore year of college.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures.
• Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines.
• Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers.
• Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
