Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Euclid, OH is seeking a Human Resources Internship for Summer 2026. This hybrid program (in-office three days a week) connects your academic foundation with real-world HR experience and helps you become the Linc between education and a future in manufacturing and leadership.

You will work across HR operations, talent acquisition, development, communications, HR technology, and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Eligible to work in the United States on a full‑time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Performance management, employee life‑cycle management, and HR service delivery
• Talent Acquisition: Recruitment, onboarding, early careers programs, and employer branding
• Talent Development: Workforce planning, learning effectiveness, and organizational capability building
• Global Communication: Internal communications strategy, employee engagement, and culture communications
• HR Technology: HR systems strategy and optimization, process automation, and document management platforms
• Total Rewards: Compensation and benefits strategy, employee value proposition, and skills‑based pay program
