Job summary

Olin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing and Skilled Trades to lead high-volume hourly recruiting across US manufacturing sites, including Charleston, TN and Lake Jackson, TX.

The hybrid role partners with hiring managers and HR to build pipelines, deliver a smooth, compliant hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Relocation available; travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume hourly manufacturing, production, skilled trades.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and staffing plans.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, events, referrals, and local outreach.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by conducting screens, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking data and documentation, including requisitions and compliance.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
