Cypress Connection Academy seeks a BOSS High School POD Instructor to deliver high-quality blended learning for remote and on-site students. The role combines traditional classroom teaching with online methods to engage diverse learners and improve academic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in education, certified at the relevant level, and can collaborate with educators while leveraging LMS and online tools to support digital literacy and assessment practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
Teaching certification in subject area and grade level required.
Experience with blended learning models and instructional technology.
Strong understanding of middle/high school curriculum and assessment practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners.

Responsibilities
