Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Typically requires 8 years of experience in HEOR or equivalent.
• Demonstrated publication record in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Ability to communicate complex HEOR concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of US healthcare system and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HEOR studies including cost‑effectiveness and budget‑impact analyses.
• Synthesize insights from payers, KOLs, and HEOR experts to inform strategy.
• Design observational research and ensure rigorous conduct and reporting.
• Collaborate with medical communications on publication strategy and dissemination.
• Partner with Global Pricing and Market Access to support value narratives.
