Job summary

Fortidia in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support for our AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands for HQ employees, franchisees, and field teammates. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues and serve as a technical resource for our network.

Reporting to the Director of Support, the role offers flexible work-from-home options with a hybrid schedule (WFH Mon & Fri, in-office Tue–Thu). The position pays $25/hr plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
• Help desk experience with technical troubleshooting proficiency.
• Experience supporting software, hardware, networking, and desktop technologies.
• Print shop, retail shipping, or business center experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from users experiencing hardware, software, networking issues.
• Interview users to diagnose issues and determine root cause.
• Provide Tier 2 support and escalate to development teams or vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors on software enhancements and perform user acceptance testing.
• Document issues and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
• Install desktops and laptops for corporate staff and configure software.
