Job summary
Fortidia in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support for headquarters employees, franchisees, and field teams. The role focuses on triaging hardware and software issues, collaborating with vendors, and maintaining knowledge resources.
The position reports to the Director of Support and offers a hybrid work model with a competitive compensation package including bonus and benefits.
Qualifications
- Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
- Help desk experience with demonstrated technical troubleshooting proficiency.
- Experience supporting software, hardware, networking, and desktop technologies.
- Print shop, retail shipping, or business center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests from users experiencing hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related issues.
- Interview users to gather information, diagnose issues, and determine root causes.
- Provide Tier 2 support when appropriate.
- Document software issues and write Knowledge Base articles to support users.
- Install desktops and laptops for corporate staff and configure software and peripherals.
