Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or related field.
• 2+ years in consulting, healthcare strategy, or analytical role.

Responsabilités

• Perform a range of assignments, accountable for discrete project workstreams, including planning, executing, and delivering on defined analyses and deliverables with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• Conduct high-quality analysis to drive strategic decisions, including the use of both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and problem solving through understanding key business drivers to drive hypothesis generation, issue structuring, and insight synthesis.
• Create compelling, executive-ready presentation materials using effective storyline development and communication design.
• Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional stakeholders to inform workstream delivery.
• Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and prioritization discussions.
• Support stakeholder interviews, meeting preparation, and coordination as needed.
• Contribute to team knowledge management, templates, and leading practices; provides informal guidance to any new team members.
