Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certification in health care quality or patient safety preferred, within 2 years.
• 4–6 years of healthcare experience; leadership 2–4 years preferred.
• Lean concepts knowledge beneficial; strong data skills expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates performance improvement efforts and coaches others.
• Maintains license, certification, accreditation requirements.
• Coordinates performance improvement committee activities and analyzes metrics.
• Provides consultation on quality, compliance, accreditation and safety.
• Develops and evaluates corrective action plans based on surveys.
• Develops improvement strategies using leading practice research.
• Utilizes data analysis and SPC to drive quality improvements.
• Trains staff on monitoring tools and data analysis techniques.
• Delivers education on accreditation matters.
• Responds to age-specific patient data needs as needed.
