Powers Health in East Chicago, IN seeks a Technical Architect to lead IT strategy, governance, and modernization across the enterprise. You will drive complex infrastructure programs, manage vendors, and ensure alignment with clinical and business goals.

The role requires deep cloud, security, and automation expertise, with hands-on leadership of major initiatives and a track record of delivering patient-centered IT solutions. Hybrid work model plus sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with ample experience.
• Proven leadership of IT transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Ability to devise innovative IT solutions and long-term infrastructure plans.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies in healthcare and migration strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and team motivation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to manage multiple projects under timelines.
• Advanced cybersecurity knowledge and regulatory awareness (HIPAA, etc.).
• Effective time management and prioritization across initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to local Powers Health facilities as needed.
• Hands-on experience with storage, virtualization, compute, networking, cloud.
• Current certifications in at least three enterprise technologies.
• Experience with automation/orchestration in an enterprise setting.
