Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management or innovation leadership experience in healthcare or federal programs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to develop executive briefings, strategic communications, and implementation plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to innovation leaders and program stakeholders across VHA.
• Plan, manage, and execute innovation projects from concept to pilot and scale.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives with clear governance, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with program offices, centers, clinicians, and external partners to align priorities.
• Apply project management, change management, and human-centered design to Veteran-centric solutions.
• Develop dashboards and program trackers to provide leadership visibility into health, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Translate goals into implementation roadmaps and performance measurement frameworks.
• Identify KPIs, visualize performance, and support recurring reporting cadences.
• Produce executive-ready briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support portfolio management, prioritization, and strategic planning.
