Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Three years of experience in financial operations, analysis and/or budgeting.
• Experience with financial systems and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize financial systems to create and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor budget performance and provide insights into discrepancies.
• Support development and maintenance of cost accounting systems.
• Collaborate with departments and consultants on organizational initiatives.
