A-Line Staffing is looking for multiple REMOTE Benefits Verification reps in Franklin, TN.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing concise patient and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA requirements via various sources. The position maintains and supports the integrity of the Prescription Records to ensure HIPAA compliance when providing Protected Health Information. Also supports Compliance and Persistency Programs. Receive and review customer requests for Protected Health Information from customers, Insurance Companies, Housing Agencies, Attorney's Office, Federal and State agencies, and provide records within their time constraints, all in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Accountable for processing requested information in the Accounting & Disclosure System. Phone support of the Prescription Records and the Compliance 800 numbers-answering customer and requester issues and/or concerns. Email support of the Prescription Records responding to customer and requester emails for prescription records requests and status checks.

Experience:

High-Volume call center experience in a fast-paced customer service setting is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Ability to function in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multi-task. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to function well in a team environment. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to master internal computer applications. The candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.
