Gainwell invites you to join a team delivering data-driven health and human services solutions. As a Business Analyst in Hybrid West Sacramento, CA, you will help clients improve provider and member experiences through technology and analytics.

You will analyze data from claims, prior authorization, and CRM sources; produce dashboards and reports; and collaborate with clients, PMs, and technical staff to define requirements and verify changes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years translating technical goals into action for clients.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Influencer and team player who motivates others and communicates operational needs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources and make recommendations to improve business processes and experiences.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support stakeholders.
• Bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define and track requirements.
• Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify requirements in system design.
• Ensure that change intent is carried through every project phase through reviews and inspections.
