Gainwell Technologies in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Hybrid team. You will analyze data from multiple sources, generate operational dashboards, and translate business needs into actionable requirements, partnering with clients, PMs, and technical staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and delivering insights that improve health and human services outcomes. Strong Excel skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and other software for conducting quantitative analysis.
• Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources, including claims, prior authorization, and CRM data, and make recommendations to improve processes and experiences.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support Provider/Member Relations.
• Bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their impact.
• Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that operational requirements are built into system design.
• Ensure that the intended change is carried out through every project phase via technical reviews.
