Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare or life sciences strategy consulting.
• Experience with transactions/private equity.
• Strong industry knowledge in payers/health services, providers, or life sciences.
• Track record of leading and managing teams under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of consultants in complex analysis and problem solving.
• Plan and execute analysis for project modules; develop hypotheses and surface insights.
• Support Partners' project execution through case management and coaching.
• Manage client relationships and present to board audiences.
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly in writing and verbally.
