Responsibilities

• Cover the genuinely-flexible weekend rotation Shopping Solutions Plus staffs with only its independent junior clinicians.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Set up and break down sterile trays between cases on a tight OR turnover clock.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Set IV lines on tough sticks others gave up on, sparing the patient a third attempt.
• Read intake histories for the red flags a rushed junior provider might skip past.
