Marsh is seeking a Health & Benefits Sales Professional to join our Health and Benefits Sales team within the People and Investments business. This hybrid role can be based in Denver, Salt Lake City or Portland, Oregon, with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

You will develop innovative sales strategies addressing healthcare, financial security, and career development for employers and their employees, leveraging Marsh’s expertise and AI-enabled tools to engage

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• Strong track record of achieving sales goals.
• Experience selling to companies in the 1000 – 5,000 employee benefit space.
• Experiential knowledge of the Employee Benefits or Health and Benefits consulting industry and products.
• Strong network and ability to gain access to C‑suite level executives.

Responsabilités

• Apply highly developed market and internal service offering insights to sales cold calls to engage potential clients, generate interest, and schedule meetings or presentations.
• Create sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address complex prospect needs and communicate business value of internal services and offerings.
• Lead complex sales processes from identification to closing; lead pricing negotiations, facilitate product and expectation discussions, and secure a beneficial financial outcome.
• Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
