Job summary

Buckingham Companies is seeking a tenacious Maintenance Technician for our Brownsburg, IN community. This hybrid role combines groundskeeping and maintenance, with primary ownership of irrigation, landscape, color planting, snow removal coordination, and overall grounds upkeep.

You will handle daily repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, while maintaining high resident experience and property presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness for 24-hour, on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Must own smartphone (cell phone reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance for the apartment community.
• Address HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, and structural needs; refurbish apartments as needed.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and coordinate snow removal as required.
