Job summary

Our-Sunday-Visitor is seeking a Graphic Designer for the Appeals team in Huntington, IN, to design, proof, and prepare religious-oriented customer orders for production. The role requires collaboration across multiple departments and strong communication to ensure branding consistency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design and experience with 4-color printing, plus a Bachelor's in graphic design or related field.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in a comparable field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
3-5 years of work experience in design, layout, color and correction and 4 color printing process preparation.
1-2 years of working with customers directly is preferred.
Knowledge of printing presses desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate design projects with the Appeal Team and customers to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with designers and stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Handle customer calls and write professional emails.
Prepare 4, 2, and 1 color materials for in-house presses.
Design printed and digital materials for Diocesan Annual Appeals.
Collaborate to improve processes and workflows.
Work with Diocese to align design objectives and branding.
