Job summary

Brilliant Infotech Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Governance Analyst to support grant-funded initiatives and cross-agency collaborations. The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to document business and technical requirements.

You will bridge business and IT, facilitate workshops, and help maintain project documentation, deliverables, and risks across hybrid teams in a 12-month, contract-like setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, health, analytics or related field.
2 years of relevant BA and/or PM experience.
Experience gathering/documenting business and technical requirements and use cases.
Experience leading workshops or training sessions.
Experience with joint requirements gathering sessions.
Ability to adapt to new tools and environments quickly.
Strong analytics, communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to bridge business and IT and work in cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting grant-funded initiatives and program reporting.
