ABB is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Business Services in Houston. You will partner with business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise, solutions and TA support to attract, develop and retain the workforce needed to deliver the business strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a high performing global organization or an RPO.
End-to-end recruiting: brief, sourcing plan, outreach, offers and close.
Workday experience is highly preferred.
Proven use of digital and social media for recruiting.
Ability to network with senior leaders and influence decisions across cultures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source from internal and external pools to create opportunities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage communications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure positive candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
Stay current on TA trends and best practices in a global context.
