Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing scalable educational programs and digital learning.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and LMS platforms.
• Experience in healthcare professional education environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop global education programs, digital learning, webinars, curricula and digital experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies for learner-centered content.
• Collaborate with internal experts and KOLs to translate science into education.
• Lead design strategy for webinar platforms, e-learning, and digital engagement tools.
• Create interactive multimedia content, assessments and materials using modern learning tech.
• Analyze learner engagement data to improve program effectiveness and UX.
• Recommend innovative educational technologies and approaches to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align initiatives.
